Develop an in-depth understanding of customer journey on App/Web platforms and generate recommendations around building a frictionless product experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong hypothesis, conduct A/B analytics and make data based recommendations for product
• Collaborate with the Product team for data tracking and implementation of tools like Adobe analytics, GA, Appsflyer etc.
• Develop predictive frameworks based on the customer life cycle to assist in user retention/churn reduction
• Develop unsupervised/supervised models to create & target relevant segments for key retention campaigns

Experience & Skills

Skills Required

• Experience in data modeling, predictive analysis, & expertise in R/SQL/Python
• Familiar with digital analytics and clickstream data
• Preferably has experience with Adobe analytics, Appsflyer, GA etc.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering / Business Administration / Statistics / Operational Research / Mathematics

Work Experience

• 2-4 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics / Modelling preferably in digital / consumer analytics field
