This role involves organizing, reviewing, and validating all data points within the CRM. The Specialist analyzes customer and prospect materials to provide sales with accurate estimates for scoping and pricing. They also contribute to key data initiatives, including the creation of reports and dashboards, and champion continuous process improvements to maximize departmental efficiency and effectiveness.   What We’re Looking For:  Note: We know that excellent candidates can have all sorts of backgrounds and experiences, so please don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t meet 100% of the listed requirements! 
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in data management or a related field  
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms  
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain a consistent approach for obtaining and consolidating sales data  
  • Proactive in adopting new tools and processes to improve efficiencies and sales productivity 
  As a Data Management Specialist, you will:         In this role, you will identify and implement opportunities for improvement in data systems and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and needs, developing and executing plans to address them. Your responsibilities will include organizing, updating, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and proper structure. You will gather data from external resources and ensure seamless integration into Salesforce, maintaining the integrity of our CRM database by ensuring information is current and accurate. You will troubleshoot data quality issues and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions. Additionally, you will analyze data to extract insights and create reports and dashboards to support internal team initiatives. You will provide assistance to sales and customer success teams with Salesforce-related questions and issues, manage sales data requests to assist sales teams in pricing opportunities, and effectively communicate relevant project information to team members and/or customers through written and verbal channels.   Compensation and Benefits:     
  • Estimated Salary Range: $32,000 - $42,200 
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
