What We Will Count on You For

• Data Science & Automation: Develop and implement advanced data science models, machine learning algorithms, and automation scripts to optimize business processes.

• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior Python developers in best practices, coding standards, and project development to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Innovation: Continuously explore and adopt new technologies, particularly in web apps, APIs, and other ancillary tech, to enhance the team's capabilities and project outcomes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical solutions.

What You Need to Have

Technical Skills:

• Core Python Expertise: Proficient in Python with a strong understanding of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and others relevant to data science and automation.
• Automation: Hands-on experience with scripting and automation in Python to streamline tasks and processes.
• Willingness to Upskill: Willingness and ability to learn and work on web applications, APIs, and related technologies such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows (GitHub, GitLab).

Analytical Skills:

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.

• Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Communication Skills

• Mentorship: Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to train junior developers and communicate complex concepts clearly.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization.

• Documentation: Ability to create clear and concise documentation for code, processes, and project workflows.

Education Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Python, data science, or related fields are a plus.
