The Opportunity: 
 

As Senior Associate of Commercial Incentives and Compensation, you will administer and support day-to-day compensation operations for our commercial organization. In this role, you will work closely with the HR, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to coordinate and ensure sales commissions and other variable incentives are accurate, complete, and paid on-time. You will also play an integral role in the development and maintenance of systems that drive an efficient compensation management process. What you’ll do: 
 

• Responsible for the execution and tracking of special incentive programs, including the administration of ad hoc sales contests and awards 
• Coordinate with , HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure Salesforce data is reported accurately and timely each month to meet payout deadlines
• Work with the Commercial Analytics and Insights team to build and conduct data analysis as it pertains to the measurement of variable compensation plan effectiveness
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document new system requirements for commission plans and translate them to operational plans within the commissions system
• Identify feasibility of desired plan metrics within the commission system and recommend alternative solutions
• Assist with the development and maintenance of compensation systems and data models
• Assist with system changes by developing, documenting, and performing system tests
• Provide system support and troubleshoot issues
• Help identify improvements/enhancements to the commission plans, policies, and processes

To qualify for the role you must have: 
 

• 3+ years of building and maintaining complex data models and/or databases
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and recommending data-informed solutions
• Commissions systems and incentive compensation software experience preferred (CaptivateIQ preferred)
• Salesforce experience preferred
