About the department
The Global HR Support Team is a part of the Coloplast Business Centre in Poland, where you will join an ambitious team that consists of talented employees, with a variety of competencies and background within HR and/or IT. The team acts as the primary point of contact for various tasks that support the HR processes at Coloplast globally as well as IT support services related to the HR systems.
About the job
The job is based in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland, reporting to the Head of Global HR Support. In this role, you will be working closely with the People & Culture department in HQ and People Analytics team on related matters.
Your responsibilities
The Global HR Support team is looking for a colleague to help drive and support the global reporting agenda through:
- Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Providing reports and insights to support business decisions
- Creating custom solutions in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for complex queries
- Collaborating with the BI Development Team on HR data enhancements
- Ensuring high data quality through maintenance and technical support
- Supporting HR data structure improvements in our HR system (we work in SuccessFactors)
- Handling and resolving data errors while driving process improvements
- Working closely with HR teams and stakeholders to deliver valuable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Informatics and Econometrics,
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with reporting and/or analytics, experience in HR would be an advantage
- Ideal candidate is passionate about data science, business intelligence and AI
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency both spoken and in writing , minimum B2
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and diligence
- Professional background in statistics, mathematics, programming or data-related fields, as well as Excel proficiency
- Experience with ERPs, Power BI and other BI tools, ETL process, ITIL framework would be an advantage
- Readiness to travel to our HQ in Denmark a few times a year, around 15 days per year
- Experience in creating ad hoc reports and analyzing data
- Professionalism and integrity to maintain the confidentiality of data
- Experience in project-based work would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the different reporting solutions would be an advantage
