About the Role

As the Head of AI Implementation at FINTRX, you will spearhead the integration of AI-first processes across all facets of our business operations. This newly established role is pivotal in revolutionizing how we utilize artificial intelligence to optimize workflows, enhance data insights, and drive strategic efficiencies across our data and research teams, go-to-market strategies, marketing efforts, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic implementation of AI technologies to streamline internal processes, optimize data management, and reduce operational costs across all business functions.
• Evaluate current systems and data collection processes, identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions for automation and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data and research teams, go-to-market teams, marketing, and executive leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI tools, models, and technologies to continuously innovate and enhance FINTRX's AI capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a team focused on AI implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of AI innovation.
• Drive AI adoption across various departments, promoting a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Assess, restructure and organize large databases in order to best position AI efficacy 

Requirements

• Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies, with a proven track record of implementing AI solutions in a corporate environment.

• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for exploring new AI advancements and their potential applications.
• Complete fascination with all things AI. 
• Strong understanding of financial data and the nuances of family office, RIA, endowment, and foundation datasets.
• Agile and adaptive mindset, capable of navigating complex challenges and driving organizational change through AI initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus around AI strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial services industry or working with large-scale data sets in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; Snowflake is a plus
• Familiarity with AI platforms, tools, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker).
• Proven leadership experience in managing AI projects from conception to implementation
