Data Analyst

Aspire Software is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards (e.g., in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools) to visualize key business
• metrics.
• Create operational reports and performance summaries to support decision-making across departments.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure accurate data representation.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, databases, APIs).
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy.
• Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to uncover insights that drive business performance

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating datasets.
• Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis (a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced data-driven environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with Google Analytics, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts.
