What you will do:

NN Hellas is seeking a talented and versatile Data Analyst to join our Performance Management team within the Sales Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing actionable insights based on historical data and generating predictive insights to develop data-driven solutions to complex problems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen to support our sales and performance management initiatives.

Your day-to-day:

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Predictive Analytics: Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future sales trends and outcomes.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and performance management teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Communication: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest data analysis and machine learning techniques to continuously improve analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a sales or performance management context.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of statistical methods, data cleaning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems using data
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
