Middle Python Developer

We are looking for a Middle Python Developer for a cutting-edge agri-tech company using AI to optimize crop monitoring and greenhouse management. You'll join a small team (2-3 developers) to enhance our microservices architecture, focusing on backend development with Python and AWS. If you're passionate about machine learning, computer vision, and agri-tech innovation, this is a great opportunity to make an impact!

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Python developer;
• Strong experience with microservices development and refactoring;
• Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RabbitMQ);
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development best practices;
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases;
• Upper-Intermediate English level for team communication.

Will be a plus

• AI/ML experience or knowledge of AI-related frameworks(ChatGPT, Claude Sonnet 3.5, etc for software development, AI image processing pipeline);
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Refactor and rewrite existing microservices using Python;
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend solutions;
• Work with AWS cloud services for deployment and management;
• Collaborate with a small team of developers to improve system performance and reliability;
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code;
• Communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.
