Computer Vision Expert (f/m/x)

• Implement the latest technologies from Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence into stable high-performance software to enable quality assurance in near-production industrial environments

• Significantly shape the development of our customer solution for training deep learning methods.

• Develop AI-based products with our dynamic and highly motivated agile teams.

• Collaborate with various development teams within the ZEISS Group.

• Present your work results to ZEISS stakeholders.

• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics / Electrical Engineering with a focus on 2D / 3D image processing (Computer Vision, Machine Learning) or a comparable qualification; a doctorate is an advantage.

• Practical experience in AI-based generation of synthetic data or AI-based edge detection is an advantage.

• Several years of professional experience in software development with Python, C++, and the Azure DevOps ecosystem (Git, Unit Tests, CI/CD).

• Enthusiasm for Clean Code, Design Principles, and modern programming paradigms.

• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, team spirit, hands-on mentality, as well as a self-reliant and organized approach.
