The Director, Master Data Management (MDM) is a hands-on leadership role within the TAA Global Operations team, responsible for execution and stewardship of the Division’s MDM strategy.  You will oversee master data across critical domains.  Collaborating with global functional and technical leaders, the role will build and maintain Operational near real-time master data solutions, driving adoption across systems. The Director will contribute to both strategic MDM programs as well as enabling operational excellence programs as a change agent.  Also, the role will oversee Customer360 reporting and analytics to create visibility and accountability within the business. You will also educate internal partners on the value of organized data storage, data governance, operating metrics and data analytics to aid business growth and strategic execution.

Responsibilities:

·       Act as lead to define and execute the TAA Enterprise Data Management strategy ensuring high quality data and well-maintained data exists for all consumption needs

·       Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and integrate all data management & governance policies.

·       Lead a group of Master Data Specialists focused on data quality and data governance

·       You will use the TAA SAP Master Data team to implement the Master Data Management/Data Governance framework

·       Be an internal ambassador for agreement to data strategy including data cataloging/dictionaries, metadata, profiling, and data lineage

·       Lead multi-functional efforts to ensure data security, data privacy and data access is well defined and governed

·       Identifies with partners main operating metrics/benchmarks and develops operational reporting & dashboards to measure data quality

·       Lead development of updated/new mastered data or reference data attributes to support next-gen product development

·       Partner with business units to understand critical data/process issues and design, develop, and implement credible and sustainable solutions

·       Build strategic relationships with key vendors and internal partners.

·       Defines and articulates systems, data and reporting needs of business and acts as intermediary between users and IT.

·       Defines vision, scope and objectives for overall data management and governance.

·       Collaborates with management to identify and resolve potential data challenges, overlaps and integration points.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelors Degree

·       8 to 10 years’ experience in Data Management with 3 years in a leadership role

·       Working expertise in Informatica, Cloud MDM and 360 applications a plus

·       Proven track record in leading transformational change projects that drive business growth and efficiency

·       Skilled in managing the end-user experience for enterprise business systems to ensure usability and performance

·       Strong ability to lead process management improvements with demonstrated leadership in achieving measurable results

·       Experienced in defining and analyzing reports, providing actionable insights, and delivering strategic recommendations

·       Proficient in implementing solutions, with strong project management capabilities ensuring successful delivery and execution

·       Adept at developing relationships across all levels of an organization, including engaging C-level executives to align strategy and execution

·       Exceptional presentation skills, capable of communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively

·       Background in management consulting, operations consulting, systems consulting, and systems project management is a plus lead process management improvements with demonstrated leadership in achieving measurable results

·       Experienced in defining and analyzing reports, providing actionable insights, and delivering recommendations

·       Proficient in implementing solutions, with strong project management capabilities ensuring successful delivery and execution

·       Can develop relationships across all levels of an organization, including engaging C-level executives to align strategy and execution

·       Exceptional presentation skills, capable of communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively

·       Background in management consulting, operations consulting, systems consulting, and systems project management is a plus

Travel:

On Average two or three days per month, including international travel

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $208,800 - $295,550
