As a part of Walmart Customer Data & Identity Product team, you’ll build industry defining omni-channel identity platform at scale for Walmart Enterprise.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Driving the development of innovative ad experiences – oversee the entire lifecycle, from defining requirements, conducting research, and analyzing metrics to crafting technical specifications, managing development, testing, and measuring success through KPIs
- Developing and enhancing products – lead the product roadmap by aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, translating customer insights into actionable initiatives, planning rollout strategies, and managing risks effectively
- Building collaborative relationships – foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders by driving priorities aligned with business objectives, effectively communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
- Conducting industry and competitive analysis – stay ahead of emerging trends in the advertising industry, identify new opportunities, and address gaps in existing products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Defining a strategic roadmap – leverage domain expertise, industry best practices, and market insights to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and drive innovation.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams – collaborate closely with internal advertising sales teams and Walmart retail teams to create unique, compelling ad experiences that deliver value for both shoppers and advertising clients.
- Contributing to a positive team culture – support a collaborative and inclusive work environment by building strong relationships and fostering teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field /MBA a huge plus!
- 1+ years of experience in retail or march or adtech experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Product Management.
- Passionate about solving complex problems
- Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally
- Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team’s products.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
