What You’ll Do: 
As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of front and back-end developers responsible for continued success and evolution of our core product. You will take responsibility for the architecture, design and implementation of impactful features for our extended period Electrocardiography (ECG) Analysis platform, approved by regulators for use around the world. Team and process improvements will be on your mind as you’ll learn from and mentor some of the smartest people you could meet. 

You will have a history demonstrating: 

• Many years of Experience in multiple software stacks and design patterns. We use primarily Angular/Typescript/Python/Ruby on Rails/PostgreSQL/Docker on AWS EKS with other stacks gaining traction as our architecture evolves. Your experience and eagerness to learn is as valuable if your background is in other technologies. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to break down user stories and design solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll be actively involved in user story mapping and ensuring features align with our product goals. 
• Ownership of the Full Software Lifecycle: You will engage at every level of the software lifecycle—design, development, deployment, and monitoring. DevOps is something you do, not just a job title. 
• Mentoring and Leadership: Bring everyone with you, as you push our product forward but also allow leadership at all levels in your team. 
  Reverse Technical Entropy: You will be able to show your ability to define and drive significant technical improvements to legacy code. 
• Fluent in English: As part of an international team, English is our common language, so strong communication skills in English are essential.

• Strong Experience with Python  
• Experience in AI or Machine Learning 
• Previous experience or a strong interest in developing healthcare products

Vos responsabilités :  

En tant que Full Stack Tech Lead, vous dirigerez une équipe de développeurs front-end et back-end responsables du succès continu et de l’évolution de notre produit principal. Vous serez responsable de l’architecture, de la conception et de la mise en œuvre de fonctionnalités clés sur notre plateforme d’analyse d’électrocardiographie (ECG) à durée prolongée, approuvée par des organismes de réglementation mondiaux. Vous encadrerez et collaborerez avec une équipe de personnes expertes et motivées.

Vous avez des expériences professionnelles démontrant : 

• De nombreuses années d’expérience avec plusieurs stacks techniques et avec des design patterns. Nous utilisons principalement Angular/Typescript/Python/Ruby on Rails/PostgreSQL/Docker sur AWS EKS. Notre stack évolue selon nos choix architecturaux. Votre expérience et votre volonté d’apprendre sont tout aussi précieuses que vos connaissances avec d’autres stacks. 
• Collaboration interfonctionnelle : vous travaillez avec des Product Owners, Développeurs et autres parties prenantes pour décomposer les user stories et concevoir des solutions qui répondent aux besoins des clients. Vous participez au road-mapping et veillez à ce que les fonctionnalités correspondent aux objectifs de nos produits. 
• Responsable du cycle de vie développement : vous participez à l’élaboration technique à tous les niveaux du cycle de développement : depuis la conception et l’implémentation, au déploiement et monitoring.
• Mentoring et leadership : vous faîtes progresser les compétences de votre équipe tout en améliorant notre produit.
• Améliorations constantes : vous êtes en mesure de montrer votre capacité à définir et apporter des améliorations techniques significatives au code existant.
• Anglais courant : en tant que membre d’une équipe internationale, l’anglais est notre langue commune utilisée au quotidien. Un niveau d’anglais professionnel est donc exigé.

• Vous avez de l’expérience en IA ou en Machine Learning
• Vous avez de l’expérience ou fort intérêt pour le développement de produits de santé
