Descripción

• Asistir en la recopilación, limpieza y organización de datos de varias fuentes para garantizar la integridad y calidad de los datos.
• Asistir en la realización de análisis de datos utilizando técnicas estadísticas, minería de datos y herramientas de visualización.
• Apoyar la identificación de tendencias, patrones y correlaciones dentro de los datos.
• Ayudar a crear visualizaciones, gráficos e informes claros y convincentes para comunicar información sobre los datos.
• Asistir en la presentación de hallazgos de datos y recomendaciones a equipos internos y clientes.
• Apoye el monitoreo y la evaluación del rendimiento de la campaña utilizando métricas y KPI relevantes.
• Ayudar a garantizar la calidad y precisión de los datos mediante la validación periódica de datos y los controles de calidad.

Habilidades Técnicas

• Manejo de bases de datos: SQL, MySQL.
• Lenguajes de programación: Python.
• Manipulación y limpieza de datos: ETL.
• Herramientas de visualización: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio.
• Excel avanzado: Tablas dinámicas, macros, modelado de datos.

Conocimientos Clave

• KPIs y métricas de negocio: Interpretación y análisis de datos para toma de decisiones.
• Segmentación de clientes: Análisis de comportamiento y patrones.
• Automatización de reportes: Creación de dashboards y scripts.
• Gestión de calidad de datos: Validaciones, detección de errores.
• Presentar los resultados del análisis de manera clara y concisa para que puedan tomar mejores decisiones relacionadas con el negocio.
• Comunicación efectiva: Explicar hallazgos de manera clara a distintas áreas.
• Atención al detalle: Identificación de patrones y errores en datos.
