Generative AI Consultant

Mission Overview:

This position involves a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions. As a consultant, you will engage with diverse challenges at various client projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver results. The successful candidate will be expected to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Design and create the prompts that can elicit the best responses from generative AI tools, using prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
• Understand the business needs: Identify the use cases, the business need, and scenarios where generative AI tools can add value and solve problems.
• Test and evaluate the quality and accuracy of the generative AI tools' outputs, using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms.
• Train and coach business users on how to use the generative AI tools effectively and responsibly, and begin to set in place a prompt academy.
• Document and communicate the results and learnings of the project.

Language Requirements:

The candidate must be fluent in the following languages:

• Dutch
• French
• English

Education:

At least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or an MBA is required. Candidates with other academic backgrounds possessing substantial knowledge of prompt engineering techniques are also encouraged to apply.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

The candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Science and Analytics, including:

• Deep knowledge of generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Mistral, Llama, and Microsoft Office CoPilot, and their underlying principles of large language models.
• Strong experience in advanced prompt engineering, including designing, creating, testing, and optimizing prompts for different tasks and domains.
• Business understanding and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts and results in a clear and concise manner.
• Language skills with fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
