ML/GenAI Engineer

•Analyze large amounts of unstructured data to identify themes, summarizations, trends & patterns   

•Design prompt templates for LLM use cases

•Develop and deploy LLMs on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP). 

Skill and Experience

•2+ years of experience in developing, deploying and fine-tuning GenAI models 

•3+ years of experience in text analytics, NLP

•Experience in building custom NLP, NER models from text data for identifying patterns & associated trends 

•Knowledge of embedding algorithms, BERT/transformer architecture 

•Hands-on experience in prompt engineering LLMs, SLMs 

•Knowledge of pre-trained LLMs on cloud platforms, Hugging Face

•Exposure to frameworks from LangChain

•Good to have done POCs/Pilots in agentic AI 

•Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems

•Good understanding of machine learning techniques 

•Strong Programming skills in languages such as Python, PySpark,  

•Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms of GCP & Azure like Vertex AI, ML Studio, AI Foundry 

•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly & persuasively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences

•Strong communication skills

Education Qualification

•Master's/bachelor's degree in engineering/management from premier institutes

•Professional certification in Advanced Analytics
