ABI Growth Group is seeking a People Insights & Analytics Senior Analyst to be a part of its People Strategy & Insights team. This technology-focused role is dedicated to building and maintaining the people data environment, supporting HR professionals and leaders in making data-driven business decisions across the globe. Responsibilities include developing data transformation pipelines, ensuring data integrity, creating dashboards, and formulating data people insights, all while considering the employee experience and business strategy.
What you'll do:
- Be part of a cross-functional global team, directly contributing to making data-driven initiatives successful in an efficient way aligned to the strategy;
- Drive the business and people strategy by providing insights that identify areas of opportunity and influence performance metrics;
- Create and maintain datasets/tables and dashboards by integrating data from multiple sources, including internal databases, analytical tools, and unstructured sources;
- Perform data analyses to address specific business questions, validate qualitative assumptions, and identify the root cause of problems;
- Produce data narratives to drive actions on stakeholders, addressing people-related problems;
- Contribute to monthly performance updates to senior leadership (VPs, Chiefs and CEO) across different business functions.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields in analytics;
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory as you will work with a global team;
- Previous work experience in data analytics;
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and conceptual thinking, with a solid background in statistical analysis focused on data-driven solutions;
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python);
- Expertise in database management and query tools (e.g., SQL);
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI with DAX);
- Familiarity with HR systems and data sources (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks);
- Experience with machine learning models (e.g. Regression, Decision tree, Random forest).
