Business & Finance Process Manager

We are seeking a Secret-cleared Business & Finance Process Manager to support our program with the US Army. This work is to be performed on a hybrid basis with regular daily onsite support required in the Pentagon/Arlington VA area. As such, candidates must be currently located in the Washington DC metro region to be considered.
Your "day to day" work will have you: 1) Serving as the senior process manager in providing responsive and independent analysis to inform, influence, and synchronize requirements, data, and programming for the development of the Program Objective Memorandum.2) Tying together all business practices to ensure full development and submission of the Program Objective Memorandum for HQDA, G-8.
The business function of this role is to provide:--Comparative analytics (parametric and non-parametric)--Campaign analysis and course of action recommendations--Decision support tools and dashboards--Data wrangling and management--Understanding software and AI/ML capabilities and limitations--Conversion of data/information to knowledge

Required Skills & Experience

• Active Secret security clearance
• Masters Degree in related field
• 10+ years of professional experience
•  Programming experience in R or Python with a specific emphasis on data analysis frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, Tidyverse)
• -Programming experience in data visualization frameworks (Shiny, Streamlit, Dash, Plotly, ggplot2) and SQL databases (Postgres, Oracle).
• Familiarity coding in (Python, R, VS Code, Microsoft Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, VBA), SQL
• Data analytic skills (Simulations, Basic descriptive statistics, and Visualizations)
• Personal skills (Ability to brief senior leaders, Ability to learn on the job and seek out unique opportunities to broaden themselves and the unit).

Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.  We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
