Data and Hospital Service Intern

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Duration: 12 months

About the Role:

Join our dynamic PPG team at IQVIA as a Data and Hospital Service Intern! This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, process automation, customer service, and project support within the healthcare industry. You'll work closely with international teams, contribute to innovative projects, and help improve hospital services and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Reports Production and Services Delivery:

• Update and maintain data-related reports for hospitals and clients (Hospital Flash, Hospital Monitor, etc.).
• Coordinate with international teams for hospital services refresh and delivery (Hospital Benchmark).
• Promote and track services utilization in hospitals.
• Monitor the performance of IQVIA platforms in the specialty area (Benchmark, Flexview, etc.).
• Train hospital users on IQVIA platforms and customize reports in Flexview Feedback Report for hospital users.
• Support the implementation of new services in hospitals.

Automation and Efficiency:

• Implement automation improvements in processes and report updates.
• Document internal and external specialty processes (SOP development) to align teams with IQVIA best practices.

Customer Service and Communication:

• Create FAQs and user guides for the specialty area (hospital panel and clients) to optimize customer support.
• Develop GTM support materials for new offerings and ongoing processes.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team to promote the specialty area through various IQVIA channels.

Projects and New Initiatives:

• Assist in the development of new offerings by documenting processes and technical requirements.
• Perform data testing, validation, and categorization for new initiatives.
• Test new technology tools during the implementation process.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Healthcare Management, Business Administration).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the healthcare industry and data management.
