We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Spectrum EMS Data Analyst with a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance to support the assessment, refinement, and integration of EMS data within an established repository. The ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and usability while enabling dynamic software models and machine-readable data exports. Travel is required.

  • Conduct ongoing assessment of EMS repository data, identifying and addressing informational gaps.
  • Correct, collect, and organize EMS data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Structure EMS data in a hierarchical format:
  • Unit garrison/steady state location → Unit UIC/Name → Platform nomenclature → Associated Platform Equipment name → Equipment EMS parametric values.
  • Provide documentation detailing data sources and the specific information gaps addressed.
  • Machine-Readable EMS Data Export
  • Ensure EMS repository data can be exported in machine-readable formats such as JSON or via an Application Programming Interface API.
  • Maintain compliance with dissemination controls and required formatting standards.
  • Develop documentation detailing export functionality.
  • EMS Dynamic Software Models
  • Develop dynamic software model objects for EMS systems with relevant attributes.
  • Support both geospatial and non-geospatial model formats.
  • Provide detailed documentation on the development and validation of EMS model objects.

Requirements

  • Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
  • Strong experience working with electromagnetic spectrum data, data integration, and refinement.
  • Proficiency in data management, hierarchical structuring, and gap analysis.
  • Familiarity with machine-readable formats e.g., JSON, API development.
  • Experience with dynamic software modeling for EMS systems.
  • Strong technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Background in signal intelligence SIGINT, electronic warfare EW, or spectrum management.
  • Experience working with geospatial data and software modeling.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and scripting languages for automation
