Role and Responsibilities
How You Make a Difference
As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for finalizing internal financial calculations with definitive data, KPIs, and simulations. You will prepare financial matrix reports and conduct daily finance forecasting in collaboration with the Business Manager and department head. Additionally, you will analyze reports, align targets with the Korean business, and perform in-depth analyses on results. You will frequently coordinate with Sales and Product Management and maintain strong communication with Korean business units regarding both reporting and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast simulation of sales and investments
- Analysis of price differences
- Consolidating all data and forecasting sales-related investments in the P&L
- MBO/Incentive calculation and review
- Updating customer-level revenue, SD, MKT, and profit data
- Updating the Finance KPI dashboard

You are proactive, communicative, and skilled at conducting complex financial analyses with accuracy. Additionally, you are analytically strong, highly accurate, and reliable in your work.
We also request:
- A completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in finance or business controlling, BI, dashboard development, or data analysis
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Korean)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A true team player
