As a Product Analytics Manager at FactSet, you will lead the development of impactful product metrics and analyses that inform strategic decisions and enhance the value of our products and user experience. You will serve as the product manager of product usage data, engaging with internal partners to drive a data-informed product development lifecycle, from insight-driven discovery to defining and measuring success, and testing hypotheses.
You will work closely with Data Engineering to build FactSet's data catalog, which includes raw data, aggregated metrics, and dashboards. This will enable product teams and business leaders to measure the health of FactSet’s products and firm types, allowing you to piece together data stories that are clear and compelling.

Your commitment to knowledge sharing and investment in the team's collective success are key components of this role.
Responsibilities:
Partner cross-functionally to both leverage existing data and create new data sources in defining new metrics and analytics.
Validate concepts for new data tables, metrics, and analytical frameworks with Product Managers, develop prototypes, and translate requirements to data engineering.
Partner with Product Managers to measure and analyze the health of their products, and advise on strategic direction to improve the end user experience. Advise on appropriate data sources to use, gather and wrangle data to present an actionable recommendation on a project-by-project basis.
Be accountable for data quality and build stakeholder trust by ensuring that data, metrics, and visuals are easily accessible for self-service.
Foster a product analytics culture across the enterprise by creating self-service training and enablement programs, influencing teams to adopt best practices in logging instrumentation, aggregation of metrics, and business intelligence visualization, and drive data literacy in Product Management. Provide analytical support to stakeholders by managing data and tool permissions and resolving queries.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in STEM, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
6-8+ years' experience in Analytics, Data Science, or Business Insights at a B2B SaaS company, or relevant experience.
Possess a problem-solving product mindset, starting from problems, goals, and needs, and experimenting to uncover the best solutions.
Ability to conceptualize and bring together multiple datasets to calculate meaningful analytics.
Strong communication skills to present technical information to a non-technical audience and convey an actionable recommendation.
Ability to align and influence engineering, product, UX, and other stakeholders.
Self-reliant with ability to work in a team, and a collaborative leadership style capable of influence without direct authority.
Experience measuring product or feature experimentation.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerBI, Pendo or similar data analysis and BI tools.
Preferred Experience:
Track record of driving change management across organization.
Experience or interest in financial markets or investing.
Experience in Project or Program Management.
