Job Description

🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Barcelona! 🚀
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our product's data strategy, ensuring high-quality data analysis, visualization, and modeling to support data-driven decisions across the company. This position is ideal for someone passionate about data analytics, product insights, and problem-solving in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

🔍 Your Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis (40%) – Extract, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
  • Data Visualization (30%) – Build dashboards and reports using Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Data Quality (20%) – Ensure accuracy and consistency in data sources.
  • Data Modeling (10%) – Support business teams with modeling and structuring data for analysis.

You will collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, Backend, and Operations teams, working on 80% project-based tasks and 20% ad-hoc requests.

🛠 Must-Have Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis within a digital product start-up or SaaS company.
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to present data clearly and concisely.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (Spanish is a plus).
  • Attention to detail – high level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity.

🎯 Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience with Python or other programming languages.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery, AWS, or other data warehousing solutions.
  • Understanding of machine learning techniques and their applications.
  • Experience in product damanagement, SaaS, or tech industry.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
