You will be joining the Customer Engagement & Digital (CE&D) Data Management team at a time where we are strengthening our personalisation & engagement experiences. As an Analyst, you will work directly with CE&D Product owners to deliver Data Management initiatives across their critical business processes.
Your responsibilities will include
Support the implementation of Data Management across initiatives within the Customer Engagement & Digital (CE&D) Domain
Support the execution of the Data Management roadmap along with the Chapter Lead, Data Steward and Product Owners
Support CE&D Product Owners with their Data Management requirements
Analyse and profile data using strategic tools and techniques to enhance and uplift data quality
Implement appropriate Data Quality solutions across our critical processes (Yello, Customer Engagement Engine, Consent/Preference, Digital data)
Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance pertaining to Data Management

Have solid technical SQL knowledge for data verification & profiling, hands-on experience with Ab Initio, and/or Alation
Are knowledgeable of Customer Engagement & Digital operational processes and data eco-system is highly valued (Yello, CEE, CED, Consent/Preference Engine, Digital data)
Have relevant qualifications and background in data management disciplines such as risk, compliance, audit, insights or analytics
Pride themselves in being outcome focused, with the ability to work with technical teams
Are knowledgeable in data management principles
Have solid stakeholder management and communication skills
Have experience with AWS Datazone and/or other cloud data environments is beneficial
