What You’ll Do

• Craft High-Quality Content: Write, edit, and refine compelling content for our mobile applications, ensuring clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
• Optimize In-App Texts: Develop and fine-tune in-app copy to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
• Manage & Maintain App Websites: Oversee the creation, structure, and optimization of application websites, ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Localize Content for Global Markets: Adapt and refine content for different languages and cultural nuances, ensuring a tailored experience for diverse audiences.
• Implement SEO Strategies: Enhance content visibility by integrating SEO best practices across app descriptions, websites, and digital assets.
• Develop & Optimize AI Prompts: Craft and refine prompts to enhance AI-driven functionalities, ensuring accuracy and user-friendly interactions.

What We Look For

• Strong Writing & Editing Skills: You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to create engaging, user-centric content.
• Mobile App Enthusiast: You’re passionate about apps and understand how content plays a crucial role in user experience.
• AI & Creative Tool Proficiency: Experience with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar tools is a plus.
• SEO Knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of SEO and can apply them to optimize content across platforms.
• Creative & Analytical Mindset: You bring a mix of creativity and data-driven decision-making to content creation and problem-solving.
• English Proficiency: You have a C1 level or above, enabling effortless communication and precise content creation.

• Entry-Level Candidates: Starting salary of 37,000 TL or more
• Experienced Candidates: Starting salary of 65,000 TL, with potential for even higher pay based on expertise.

The Recruitment Process

4. Technical Interview: A deep dive with our team lead, focusing on technical topics and assessing your knowledge.
5. Team Interview: Meet with the founders to discuss your vision, aspirations, and how we can grow together.
6. CEO Interview: A one-on-one conversation with our CEO to discuss alignment on vision, culture, and long-term goals.
7. Final Decision: We’ll get back to you within a few days with our decision.
