Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Forecasting and Data Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in transforming our forecasting processes and harnessing the power of data to drive predictive modeling and automation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data engineering, machine learning, and automation to enhance our forecasting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting Process Automation:

  • Lead the design and implementation of automated solutions to streamline and enhance the current forecasting processes.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual intervention, increase accuracy, and improve efficiency through advanced automation techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand existing workflows and develop scalable automation frameworks.

Data Organization and Management:

  • Oversee the organization and structuring of data to ensure seamless ingestion for machine learning applications.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines that facilitate efficient data collection, transformation, and storage.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility to support predictive modeling and analytics.

Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling:

  • Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models to enhance forecasting accuracy and reliability.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models that inform business decisions.
  • Continuously monitor and refine models to adapt to changing data patterns and improve performance.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use and interpretation of automated forecasting tools and models.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, data automation, and predictive modeling to ensure the adoption of best practices.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to address emerging challenges and opportunities in forecasting and data management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data engineering, machine learning, and automation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of data management tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Education:

Preferred Masters degree Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

Typically requires 5-8 years experience.

Work Schedule:  This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered

Our Lead Advanced Analytics earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
