Manager, Supply Chain Management - eCommerce Parcel Transportation Project Management

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Implements business processes and improvement strategies by staying updated on supply chain and replenishment procedures, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution. Supports the supply chain process through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving daily issues, analyzing data to improve efficiencies, and conducting performance reviews.

• Provides field-level direction by acting as a liaison, communicating expectations, and guiding operations. Implements supply chain flow improvements by designing new processes, managing error corrections, identifying improvement areas, and supporting cost reduction efforts. Demonstrates expertise by providing advice, aligning efforts with business needs, and building commitment.

• Supports business solutions by building relationships, identifying needs, monitoring progress, and adapting to changes. Models compliance with company policies and values, using the Open Door Policy, and assisting others in executing business processes.

• Improves supply chain flow processes by designing and implementing new ways of working, prioritizing product flow objectives, managing error corrections, and identifying opportunities to enhance service levels. Supports cost reduction and efficiency by using end-to-end costing and lean concepts and reviews the impact on internal processes.

• Applies expertise to develop and improve action plans, provide guidance, and align efforts with business needs. Builds relationships with key stakeholders, identifies business needs, monitors progress, and adapts to changes. Ensures compliance with company policies and values, using the Open Door Policy, and helps others apply these in their work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years’ experience in project management/programming, and technical proficiency and/or certifications in Python.

• Courses in Data Science Courses, SQL (intermediate), Python, Tableau, Presentation Skills, Excel (intermediate skills), Stakeholder Management, and Statistical/Business Analysis.

• Experience/Certification in SQL(Advance), Big Query, Tableau, Medallia, Jira, Project Management (Lean Six Sigma), Transportation/Supply Chain (CPIM). MBA, Statistical Degree, Programming Background, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving Skills, Communication Skills, Process Improvement.

• Knowledge of supply chain process optimization methodologies (Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Black Belt) is also a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
