Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Intimates team as an Executive – Data Science & Analytics. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the Analytics function for MAS Intimates, through providing technical know-how, assisting in the identification of initiatives, consulting on tools, technology and statistical models and thereby enabling the leadership in faster, data-based decision making. Incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing management dashboards to reduce repetitive, work-intensive human processes enabling the company with necessary tools to forecast and make decisions faster in a fluid Business environment.   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs, design data systems, and develop dashboards to enable data-driven decision making and forecasting.
• Analyze data, provide reports, and use statistical techniques to support informed decisions and financial governance.
• Develop innovative, data-driven solutions to minimize risk and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with development partners to create reliable, high-quality products that meet business needs and drive continuous improvements.
• Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence.
• Evaluate and implement appropriate digital tools/technologies to support division goals.
• Manage multiple projects, provide technical guidance, and share best practices to enhance team efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest tools and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Conduct training and share best practices to improve data-driven decision making across teams.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Data science / Statistics / any other relevant field / equivalent professional qualification 
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge and development experience in Power BI and proficiency in Python /R/DAX / Power query.
• Ability to critically analyse. 
• Passion for excellence and drive to achieve business agility 
• Role requires proven leadership abilities, technical skills, and the ability to make critical decisions within a short period of time
• Ability to draw connectivity and challenge current processes. Ability to manage cross functional teams vertically (up and down) is important
