Data Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager in Customer Support to lead data-driven initiatives, automate reporting, and enhance operational efficiency through advanced analytics, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the role

As a Data Analytics Manager in Customer Support, you will drive data initiatives, reporting automation, and analytics-driven decision-making to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance. You will manage analytics tasks in Jira, lead data projects, and develop automated reporting solutions using Google Sheets, Looker, and BI tools. Your role will require a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to ensure a seamless execution of key initiatives. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a data analytics strategy, working with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and aid Data Engineering with ETL processes.
• Overseeing data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, automating processes in Google Sheets (Apps Script, formulas, macros) to improve efficiency.
• Defining and tracking customer support KPIs, automating reporting for real-time insights, and collaborating with operations teams to drive improvements.
• Managing Jira tasks for analytics projects, ensuring timely execution, resource alignment, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
• Evaluating and implementing analytics tools, ensuring data integrity through governance best practices, and maintaining compliance with security regulations.
• Working with Finance, Data Engineering, IT, Marketing, and Operations, presenting data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

About you:

• Proficiency in Looker, SQL, Python, Google Sheets (Apps Script, macros), Excel, and ETL processes for data transformation.
• Strong experience in Google Sheets automation and reporting, with the ability to optimize data workflows.
• Experience in managing analytics tasks in Jira, leading cross-functional projects, and tracking execution timelines.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments, communicate complex data to diverse audiences, and drive impactful decision-making.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and security best practices to protect sensitive information.
