What you’ll do

• Develop and optimize Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Work with LLM providers such as OpenAI, Mistral, Meta AI, and Hugging Face to select, fine-tune, and optimize models.
• Implement LLM API integrations and deploy models into existing business processes and digital platforms.
• Apply fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for generative AI models.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions aligned with enterprise data platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to deploy machine learning and deep learning models into production.
• Monitor model performance, ensure continuous improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Promote Generative AI awareness within the organization and provide technical guidance to business units.
• Research and develop innovative Generative AI and LLM applications for the telecommunications sector.

Who you are

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain).
• Experience working with LLM providers (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Mistral, Meta AI, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of LLM API integrations and production deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embedding models, and vector databases.
• Expertise in fine-tuning, Parameter Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT), and data preprocessing.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs
• Familiarity with big data platforms such as Spark, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams and business units effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring AI solutions align with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
• Strong ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling data-driven decision-making. 
• Ability to take ownership of AI initiatives, drive projects independently, and advocate for AI adoption across the organization.
