SUMMARY:

 

The Materials Systems Analyst will utilize the ERP System (Navision) to enter all item master data. uses software systems to plan supply chain and inventory management.  They will utilize the ERP system to run reports and leverage data analytics to assist the organization with identify system optimization throughout  business processes.

WAGE TYPE: Salaried Exempt, FLSA Exemption: Administrative Exemption.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up new functions in the ERP system.
  • Provide materials system support for the organization.
  • Research and problem solve ERP system (Navision) issues for system improvement.
  •  Develop work instructions for various system processes.
  • Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
  • Environmental responsibility is our commitment to our communities.
  • Proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, hazardous waste, etc. is expected.
  • Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience

required.

 

 

 

Education and/or Experience:

Expected: Associates’s degree in business, or related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in materials or systems management  Preferred:  Bachelor’s degree in business analytics

 

 

 

Communication Skills:

  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
    • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.

Other Skills:

 

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.
  • Ability to operate a 10-key calculator.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Data Entr

 

 

 

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform physical functions equivalent to Category E.
