Job Description
Many brand teams are eager to employ AI technologies and have suggested using chatbots to interact with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and potential patients. However, these initiatives raise significant risks from regulatory and legal standpoints, including issues related to misinterpretation of information, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
The project aims to address these concerns by working with the AI Governance Board to provide a comprehensive guidance policy to brand teams. This policy will outline the permissible use cases and steps for deploying AI-driven chatbots. By doing so, brands will better understand the boundaries within which they can innovate, thereby mitigating risks and promoting the responsible use of AI in healthcare interactions.
