Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced EX Data Analyst to join our employee experience team. As an EX-Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop, automate, and maintain data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Desire and interest in upskilling to leverage AI tools for maximizing workflow productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an employee experience environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Data modeling software (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, etc.)
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
