IT Developer Intern

The IT Developer Intern will work in a supportive environment where the primary focus is on learning and growth. This role provides an immersive experience in software development, enabling the intern to gain practical skills in coding, testing, and debugging. Emphasis is placed on a willingness to learn, creative problem-solving, and a can-do attitude rather than prior professional experience.

Your responsibilities would include:

• assisting in writing, testing, and debugging code under the guidance of experienced developers

• participating in code reviews and training sessions to understand industry-standard practices and agile methodologies

• helping document code, software designs, and development processes to support team knowledge sharing

• working alongside team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing ideas and learning from collaborative problem-solving sessions

• engaging in troubleshooting issues and learning effective strategies for software maintenance and enhancement

• taking part in mentorship programs, workshops, and hands-on projects to build proficiency in various programming languages and development frameworks.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• excellent written and verbal English

• a genuine passion for software development and a strong desire to learn new technologies and programming languages

• basic programming knowledge: familiarity with any programming language is the key requirement

• creative and analytical mindset with the ability to approach challenges with a proactive, can-do attitude

• enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred 

• cooperative spirit and openness to feedback, with a focus on personal and professional growth.

Technology stack you could learn within the intern program:

Frontend stack, Javascript/ Typescript, React, React Native, .Net, Azure functions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Power Platform), Data engineering (Azure, Databricks, Machine Learning, Python, SQL)
