WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You lead an international, multifunctional Data Engineering & Data Architecture team within the diconium data unit, driving complex digital business solutions.

• Your primary focus is strategic leadership. You have both the responsibility and the freedom to shape the success of the Data Engineering & Data Architecture department.

• Beyond leading your team, you also oversee project and account management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

• Operating in a cloud-based environment, you work closely with the product team to define and refine our vision and roadmap.

• With a deep passion for data and engineering, you are driven by curiosity. You constantly analyze trends and metric shifts to uncover insights and opportunities.

• You play a key role in fostering an open, positive work culture in which people feel motivated, enjoy coming to work, and recognize and value high performance.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You see yourself as a Servant Leader with an agile mindset. Therefore, you view leadership not as a position but as a task.

• You already have several years of experience in the field of Data Engineering and Data Architecture.

• Additionally, you have had the opportunity to lead a team, and your leadership qualities are convincing (3+ years).

• You enjoy supporting your team members in their personal and professional development.

• You are a good communicator, and your interaction with people can be considered respectful and constructive.

• You ideally have experience in dealing with various clients and customers.

• You have fluent (at least C1) German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
