C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Data Analyst. In this role, you will apply your business and technical expertise to develop innovative analytical solutions. You will also follow best practices to validate insights for leadership and external customers.

We are open to candidates in Eden Prairie, MN, or Monterrey, MX. If you are in Eden Prairie, we encourage you to work in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you are in Monterrey, you will follow our hybrid work model, coming into the office once every other week.

The deadline for internal applicants is Friday, March 7th, end of day.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following: 

Analysis:

  • Extract and interpret data to answer ambiguous questions while collaborating across the network

  • Develop reports and analyses to support initiatives and performance measurement

  • Proactively analyze topics, identify trends, and provide fact-based recommendations to drive operational improvements

  • Translate complex concepts into clear, professional presentations

  • Conduct quality assurance testing of reports and dashboards, including user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership and/or customers

Outreach & Collaboration:

  • Deliver analytical insights through business intelligence and cross-functional collaboration

  • Build relationships and consult with stakeholders to develop effective solutions

  • Work with internal analytical teams to create and refine solutions

Reporting:

  • Understand existing reports and develop custom reports using business knowledge and subject matter expertise

  • Perform other duties as assigned based on team and country-specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Basic SQL knowledge

  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, supply chain, or related field

  • Experience developing business solutions using robust data assets

  • Intermediate proficiency in T-SQL

  • Basic knowledge of Python and/or R

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPivot

  • Experience with third-party analytics tools (QlikView, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Familiarity with Navisphere, Navisphere Analytics, and NAST Analytics 2.0

  • Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead and influence

  • Creative problem-solving skills to develop data models for complex business scenarios

  • Strong communication skills for analytical collaboration and reporting

Compensation Range

$40,500.00 - $84,100.00
