As part of our expanding team, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help us make smarter business decisions by interpreting and analyzing data. This position plays a key role in supporting our efforts to improve business processes and optimize how we serve our customers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst who will work closely with teams across the company to gather, analyze, and interpret key data. This role will focus on providing insights that drive business strategies, improve marketing efforts, and optimize customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis, including experience with web analytics tools and proficiency in data visualization software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data projects, from data collection to reporting, including data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
- Use statistical models and data analysis techniques to solve business challenges in areas like marketing performance, sales forecasting, and customer segmentation.
- Proactively analyze digital metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email campaigns, and sales performance, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Help build and refine A/B testing frameworks and use experiments to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance and maintain reporting systems for tracking business performance.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights to help teams respond quickly to changes in the market.
- Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics to ensure we’re using the most effective tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Reside within 20 miles of Toledo, OH.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, ideally within a B2C environment.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of digital attribution, incrementality measurement, and digital performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data analysis.
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
