Senior AI Product Manager

Description

monday.com is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager who will be responsible for leading an AI team, and is passionate about incorporating AI based capabilities in our products.

You will join our Product team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.

About The Role

• Establish a shared vision for the company-wide vision of AI applications, while working with talented cross-functional team members (including engineering, data science, design, marketing, and customer success). You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company
• Drive focus and speed within your team to initiate and deliver impactful product for our growth and scale 
• Collaborate with other domains in the organization to build amazing AI capabilities in our products 
• Collect and analyze a wide range of cross-organizational inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your team is always working on the most impactful things
• Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you’ve ever worked with.

Requirements

• You have at least 5+ years of experience as a product manager - must
• Experience with generative AI technologies and passionate about learning evolved technologies 
• You possess natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities - you’re self-driven and you feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus
• You have strong communication skills and have the ability to explain the rationale of product decisions thoroughly
• You are analytical and experienced in working with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions. 
• You are a fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – Advantage
• Previous entrepreneurial or consulting experience – Advantage

תיאור התפקיד: 

הובלה של צוות בקבוצת ה-AI שאחראית על הובלת שילוב טכנולוגיות Generative AI שונות בתוך מוצרי מאנדיי. 

התפקיד דורש מצד אחד הבנה בטכנולוגיות הai המתקדמות, וראיית פרודקט רוחבית ויצירתית תוך כדי עבודה עם הדומיינים השונים במאנדיי. 

בצוות יהיו 4-5 מפתחים, מעצב, דאטה סיינס ואנליסט.

התפקיד ידרוש יכולות הובלה גבוהות, כדי לייצר וויז׳ן רחב בארגון והובלת ציר אסטרטגי לחברה. אנחנו מחפשים פרודקט מנג׳ר מנוסה, מישהו שנגע בטכנולוגיות AI, והוא סופר סקרן לפצח אתגרים טכנולוגיים ומוצריים. 

הקבוצה מאוד דינמית, ונעה בין פרויקטים חדשים של 0 ל-1, לפרויקטים משותפים עם קבוצות אחרות, ופרויקטי מחקר והתנסות כדי למצוא כיוונים חדשים. הקבוצה נמצאת בפוקוס חזק של הנהלת החברה מעצם העיסוק 

בקבוצה מתוכננים 4 צוותים במהלך השנה (כאמור הקבוצה דינמית, וצוותים מתפצלים וגדלים) - 

AI blocks (help users to create AI powered workflows), AI products (Work with our other product groups on complicated AI projects, AI agents, AI foundations. 

במהלך התהליך אנחנו נבחן את ההתאמה לצוות מסוים, וחשוב לנו להגיד מההתחלה שיכולים להיות מעברים בין התחומים.
