Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Network Monitoring Tools & Automation
About the Role: 
•    Administer various industry-leading network health and performance monitoring tools (such as SolarWinds, Logic Monitor, ISE, Tufin, New Relic, ManageEngine, Zabbix, AlgoSec) operational within Genpact's infrastructure.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet their infrastructure monitoring requirements using these tools.
•    Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation to enhance operational efficiency.
•    Manage tools as an overall service, defining metrics to measure the efficiency and outcomes of tools and automation functions.
•    Work with various original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and represent Genpact technically.
•    Resolve technical issues at a micro level with each tool and ensure smooth tool operations.
•    Collaborate with the development team to enable ground-level automation.
•    Address current challenges by developing strategies and solutions.
•    Drive new innovations and projects aligned with the company's transformation vision, including AI/ML initiatives, NetDevOps, and network automation.
•    Function as both an individual contributor and a team lead, mentoring L1, L2, and L3 resources.
•    Participate in important meetings on behalf of the team.

Responsibilities:
•    Perform administration support for various network monitoring systems and automated services to remediate application/service issues.
•    Maintain and update documentation related to tool upgrades, platform changes (e.g., VMware to Hyper V), automated processes, and infrastructure configurations.
•    Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on network monitoring tool automation initiatives.
•    Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for tools, ensuring smooth coverage and sustenance.
•    Map infrastructure needs with tool deliverables to ensure effectiveness.
•    Collaborate with internal/external teams to understand requirements and how tools and automation can deliver results effectively.
•    Address open issues related to tools and automation at a micro level.
•    Be accountable for the tools and automation vertical.
•    Identifying open risk in the production network and provide input for mitigation
•    Preparing HLD/LLD for network diagram. 
•    Participate in Bridge calls with other verticals for joint troubleshooting of NMS and login issues. 
•    Should be expert for preparing reports and customized UI Dashboards based on business requirements and internal team’s purpose
•    Work closely with respective stakeholders like Network Operation, Change Management, DevOps, IT operations, and development teams to understand Network monitoring, Network automation requirements and implement solutions accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
•    Graduate in Engineering/IT (BE, BTech) or BCA/MCA or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•    Certification in SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, or any monitoring tools is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
•    Hands-on experience implementing and supporting tools like SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, ISE, Tufin.
•    Strong experience in protocols used for monitoring and device onboarding SNMP mibs, OIds, LLDP, CDP, WMI, REST APIs & Webhooks, YANG & NETCONF, NTP , SSH, TACACS+ & RADIUS and ICMP
•    Experience in NetFlow / sFlow / J-Flow / IPFIX – Flow-based traffic monitoring for network visibility and analytics.
•    Experience in SNMP Trap & Syslog Alerts
•    Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
•    Proficiency in scripting (Bash/Shell) and relevant tools (Python, Chef).
•    Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
•    Experience with AIOps, ML-based monitoring, and event correlation platforms.
•    Basic understanding of networks needed to implement tools and automation.
•    Good knowledge of SQL and Neo4j ( Graph DB) 
•    Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
•    Strong written and oral communication skills.
•    Knowledge of ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy) and automation platforms.
•    Industry certifications like SolarWinds SCP, LogicMonitor Certified Professional, CCNP, DevNet, or AWS/Azure certifications.
•    Knowledge on Cloud Monitoring APIs – AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations Suite for multi-cloud visibility would be preferred.
•    Candidate having deep knowledge and intermediate level experience on Data Science, AI/ML, Agentic AI/GenAI would be given priority
