Job Description:

The Analyst, Analytics & Data Products will report to OneOncology’s Senior Analyst, Analytics & Data Products. This role will support projects carried out by teams across the organization by generating insights and delivering actionable information to OneOncology and its partner practices, with a focus on operations. This role will also provide a robust introduction to the healthcare and oncology industries, providing insight into how analytics can be used to inform strategy and improve performance of care delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

• Performing analyses on large data sets, including EHR, billing, drug, and clinical data to understand operations and utilization trends for OneOncology partner practices and OO internal teams

• Collaborating with physicians and administrative stakeholders to understand how analytics can be used to support care delivery and transformation

• Building and maintaining data models for use in downstream tools

• Creating dashboards to provide users with insight on practice performance

• Developing deliverables to communicate findings to OneOncology and partner practice leaders

• Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Key Competencies

• An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI a plus

• Familiarity with / working knowledge of the healthcare industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 0-3 years of work experience; experience working for a consulting firm, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or other similar organization a plus

• Genuine interest in learning about and working in the oncology space
