Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Data Science et outils de pilotage projets (f/h) vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac (Wing Campus).

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes au sein du département Supplier Account Management  - Propulsion Systems en charge de piloter le support fournisseurs envers les compagnies aériennes sur l’après-vente, en vue d’assurer la satisfaction client et le développement de services.

Cet apprentissage consistera à maintenir et développer des outils de pilotage des activités et des projets visant à l’amélioration continue des fournisseurs.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2025 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

- Construire et gérer des fichiers et bases de données (big data) en utilisant l’outil Skywise afin de développer des solutions applicatives d’analyse pour le département Customer Services, et ainsi supporter la stratégie digitale d’Airbus

- Programmer des applications business (Java, Python)

- Contribuer et mener à bien des projets visant à développer le support et les services d’Airbus

- Mener des projets d’amélioration afin de mieux appliquer les contrats existants

- Supporter le travail opérationnel de l’équipe sur des projets spécifiques

- Participer à des projets d’amélioration de la compétitivité

- Assurer la cohérence des processes et outils utilisés par le département

- Participer à des meetings avec des fournisseurs et des clients

- Proposer, développer et mettre en place de nouveaux processes pour améliorer la gestion du support après-vente des fournisseurs

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC+5 dans le domaine de la Data Science idéalement, de l’ingénierie généraliste ou informatique, ou du commerce pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Big data & advanced analytics

• Management de projet

• Connaissances IT (Java, Python, Skywise Contour & Slate, Qlik)

• Rigoureux (se), curieux (se)

• Doté(e) d’un sens relationnel et bonne capacité de communication

• Capacité d'intégration dans une équipe et souplesse d'adaptation

• Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités d’organisation

• Aptitude d’analyse et de synthèse

• Pourvu(e) d’esprit d’équipe

• Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles

• Une expérience dans l’aéronautique serait un atout.

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais  :  négociation / courant

Français : intermédiaire

You will join the Supplier Account Management Propulsion S department in charge of managing the Suppliers support towards the Airline Customers on the aftermarket business, in oder to ensure the Customer satisfaction and the development of Airbus services.

This apprenticeship will consist in: maintain and develop management tools for our activities and projects aiming to Suppliers continuous improvement.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2025 and will last 2 years.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

You will be responsible for the following activities:

- Building and managing big data using Skywise in order to develop applicative solutions for Airbus Customer Services, and thus support the Airbus’ digital strategy

- Programming business related applications (java, python)

- Contributing to and leading projects aiming to enhance Airbus’ support & services

- Leading improvement projects aiming to enforce existing support contracts

- Supporting supplier support management workforce on specific projects

- Participating to key supplier competitiveness projects

- Ensuring that common processes and tools are used throughout the supplier support management organisation

- Participating in meetings with customers and suppliers

- Proposing, developing and implementing new processes to enhance Airbus supplier support management

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+5 level training in the field of Data Science & analytics, general or IT engineering, or management & business administration, or equivalent for an apprenticeship of  2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Big data & advanced data analytics

• Project management

• IT knowledge (Java, Python, Skywise Contour & Slate, Qlik)

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

• Good team spirit and adaptation skills

• Digital mindset & behaviour

• Well organized

• Analytical and synthetic mind

• Experience in aerospace industry would be a strong asset.

• You enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills. You are also assertive. A negotiation level of English is preferable for this position.

Language skills:

French: intermediate
