KGS - Senior Analyst - Data Governance - Bangalore

This role involves developing and implementing data management strategies, policies, and procedures to support business operations and decision-making processes. The EDM professional will work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, operations, and compliance, to ensure data consistency and quality across the organization.

·Design and implement data integration solutions to consolidate data from various sources into a unified data repository. ·Develop and maintain data architecture and data models to support business requirements. ·Ensure data interoperability and accessibility across different systems and platforms ·Develop and implement data analytics and reporting strategies to support business decision-making processes. ·Create and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into key business metrics. ·Collaborate with business users to define data requirements and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Work experience

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related role. •Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.  

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. •Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
