This role is critical for providing accurate, timely, and actionable insights to the risk team and ensuring data integrity across all reports and analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data structure, reporting automation, and analytics within a financial or multi-finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Structure and Management:
- Develop and maintain the data architecture required to support risk reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Organize and structure large datasets to facilitate efficient retrieval and analysis, ensuring data integrity and quality at all times.
- Implement and enforce best practices for data governance, including data security, access control, and regular data audits within the risk department.
Risk Reporting and Dashboard Development:
- Design and implement a suite of reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into key risk metrics, such as delinquency rates, exposure levels, and collections performance.
- Standardize and automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and support real-time monitoring where possible.
- Produce ad-hoc reports for specific risk inquiries, ensuring timely delivery and relevance to ongoing risk initiatives.
Process Improvement and Reporting Automation:
- Lead the automation of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to streamline data management and reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to deploy advanced data visualization tools and platforms, enabling more sophisticated analytics and reporting capabilities within the risk department.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting processes to ensure they meet evolving business needs, improve accuracy, and reduce operational risk.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, and operations, to align on key risk metrics, gather reporting requirements, and validate data sources.
- Prepare and present insights to the risk department and senior management, ensuring clarity, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in training team members on reporting tools and data management practices to support a culture of data-driven decision-making within the risk function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, and reporting, preferably within the financial services or multi-finance industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effectively presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
