Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a senior data analyst to join our Lisbon team and provide strategic insights that drive business growth and enhance customer initiatives. The role will primarily support our customer solutions team, as well as sales operations, customer support, and customer success teams within the customer data intelligence cross-functional department. This position requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen to support decision-making and align data initiatives with long-term objectives. Your new adventure:

• Lead complex data analyses, develop robust models, and create dashboards to support business-critical decisions and track customer performance metrics
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that align with long-term business strategy and drive key business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, challenge assumptions with data-driven insights, and promote a culture of insights-driven decision-making
• Own and execute end-to-end delivery of high-impact data projects, making strategic decisions independently with minimal oversight
• Analyze ambiguous problems using advanced analytical methods and identify opportunities where data can drive strategic impact
• Communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between data initiatives and business priorities
• Utilize advanced SQL, Tableau (or similar tools), Python/R, and dbt (or equivalent) for data transformation, visualization, and statistical analysis

Does this sound like you?

• BS/MSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, data analytics, or a related field, preferably within a tech company, contact center, or customer support environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex and ambiguous data
• Proven ability to align analytics priorities across teams and collaborate effectively with data engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable business language for various stakeholders
• Ability to set, prioritize, and manage tasks in alignment with company objectives and key results
• Proactivity and independency, with a strong sense of ownership and the confidence to make critical decisions
• Ability to identify opportunities where data can drive meaningful business impact, especially in ambiguous problem spaces
• A data-driven mindset that challenges assumptions and brings fresh perspectives to discussions
• Commitment to continuous improvement, both technically and in organizational data practices
• Fluency in English
