THE OPPORTUNITY

AI and data security are dual edges of innovation. On one hand, AI is used both purposely, and accidentally, to exploit data (i.e. AI-based phishing attacks, malware development, AI-copilots with over-priveleged access, non-sanitized data fed to LLMs). On the other hand AI can be used to better secure data (i.e. high-precision classification, security alert accuracy, data processing, predictive analysis). We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy, and content delivery, for Cyera’s AI data security products & solutions. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and engineering teams to create compelling AI messaging, positioning, and content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, cybersecurity, and SaaS markets, along with a passion for storytelling and market leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Cyera’s AI data security products and solutions.
• Craft compelling AI messaging and positioning that differentiates Cyera in the market.
• Partner with product management to translate technical AI capabilities into customer-centric benefits.
• Create high-impact sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and battle cards.
• Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with demand generation and digital marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
• Serve as a thought leader, contributing to blog posts, webinars, and industry events.
• Monitor and measure the success of product marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in AI, privacy, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
• Strong understanding of the data security landscape and AI technologies.
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise products.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in creating sales and marketing collateral for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
