WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are seeking a Product Analyst to take our product experience to the next level. As part of the Manychat Analytics Team, you will have the opportunity to define, build, and scale our analytics approach, driving user engagement, design and launch A/B experiments.

You’ll join our growing analytics function, report to the Product Analytics Team Lead, and collaborate closely with our Product, Data, and Engineering teams. If you are passionate about data-driven decision-making, proactive in identifying business opportunities, and excited to shape the roadmap for a flagship product area, we’d love to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the analytics vision for Manychat’s mobile app, identifying opportunities to improve user adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Product Managers to define key success metrics, formulate impactful hypotheses, bring and drive relevant and promising researches and initiatives.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of new features, user flows, and onboarding experiences on the mobile platform.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers and development teams to obtain accurate and trustworthy data for decision-making.
• Run ad-hoc analyses, build valuable dashboards, and surface actionable insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively, driving cross-functional alignment on roadmap priorities and product decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Must haves:

• 3+ years of proven experience within product analytics, preferably in SaaS
• Demonstrated experience designing and evaluating A/B tests to measure the impact of new features, user flows, and onboarding experiences, particularly in a mobile context.
• Knowledge of statistics principles and causal method.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with Product Managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Very strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools (preferably Tableau). Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics. Experience with Git is a plus.
• Ability to formulate relevant product hypotheses and test them.
• Extreme attention to detail and a high standard for analytical deliverables.
• Accountability and the permanent ‘extra mile’ approach to any task.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of initiatives.

Nice to haves:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience working with mobile applications.
