Purpose and Objective
Landis+Gyr is implementing a Global Master Data Management tool.
The MDM tool analyst will help to implement, integrate, manage and support this tool and its workflows, to ensure compliance with the MDM Governance and Quality requirements set by Landis+Gyr and its Global Data Owners.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Successful tool implementation project.
- SLA and User Satisfaction (ServiceNow Service Desk support queue).
- Change Requests implemented on time (approved ServiceNow Change Requests).
- MDM tool performance and health.
Core Areas of Responsibility/Accountability:
- Work with the partner selected by Landis+Gyr, to implement the MDM tool and its processes, following the defined Governance and Quality requirements, as well as integrate the MDM tool with SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Define and implement the MDM tool Governance Principles following the Landis+Gyr’ s Governance and Compliance requirements, and the vendor recommendations.
- Work with the MDM tool Owner and the Global Data Owners to define the MDM roadmap.
- Define and implement an MDM tool RACI, together with the MDM tool Owner.
- Define and Implement policies, processes, and technical measures to ensure the sustained health of the MDM tool.
- Ensure that the MDM tool and its architecture are prepared to support the future needs of Landis+Gyr.
- Perform the administration and maintenance tasks following the MDM tool Governance Principles.
- Manage the MDM tool access roles and permissions.
- Lead the yearly upgrade planning and execution tasks.
- Provide tier 1 and 2 support to MDM tool users.
- Work with the MDM tool vendor support team on the escalation and resolution of issues.
- Create and manage the internal MDM tool documentation.
- Work with Global IT and the Global Data Owners, to expand the MDM tool to additional Data Objects, countries and applications in the future, including the development of workflows, integrations and data validations.
- Translate technical complexities to Global Data Owners, ensuring understanding of design decisions.
Core Technical/Skills Competencies (ie. Programming language, PC tools mastery)

- Integration with SAP ERP and a CRM platform
- Script development
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience being an MDM tool administrator.
- Participation on at least one MDM tool implementation project where it was integrated with SAP ERP and a CRM platform.
Educational / Professional or Vocational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Pay is in the range of $67,100 - $100,287 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
