AI Engineer

Description

Position Summary: 

Design, develop, and implement AI solutions that drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, and product managers, to create intelligent systems that solve complex problems.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms for various applications. 
• Apply machine learning techniques to analyze data, build predictive models, and optimize performance. 
• Deploy AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency. 
• Develop computer vision models for image recognition and object detection. 
• Collaborate with research teams to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and contribute to research projects. 
• Optimize AI models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency. 
• Ensure ethical considerations are integrated into AI solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals. 
• Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with +3 years of relevant work experience. 
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or C++. 
• Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). 
• Familiarity with deep learning architectures and frameworks. 
• Passion for solving complex problems using AI techniques. 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 
• Excellent communication and reporting skills. 
• Experience within the in-line inspection industry (preferred).
