As a CRM Data Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our Contact and Account data within our CRM system.
Reporting to the Manager of Customer & Revenue Analytics, you'll be responsible for ensuring Contact and Account data accuracy, consistency, and quality, performing data entry and resolving inconsistencies, collaborating with stakeholders to uphold data integrity across the organization, and adhering to established data quality standards and definitions.

What you will be responsible for:
- Data Entry & Quality Monitoring: Enter, update and review data in CRM to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and resolving issues like duplicates, missing fields, or invalid entries.
- Data Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, collaborating with relevant teams to correct inaccuracies and maintain consistency across systems.
- Data Cleansing & Reporting: Perform tasks such as de-duplication, standardization, and data enrichment to enhance the quality and reliability of CRM data. Generate reports on data quality metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Data Analysts, and CRM, IT, BI, Customer Success, Merchandizing, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand their data needs and address data quality concerns effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science or related area.
- 2+ years of experience in data stewardship, data governance, CRM administration, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing, validation, and management and working with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to collect, organize, critically report on, and disseminate information.
- Ability to communicate results, present findings and disseminate significant amounts of information with an attention to detail, clarity, and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with D&B Optimizer, ZoomInfo is an asset.
