About Our Team
TikTok LIVE, as a novel content format, creates value for all stakeholders within the ecosystem. Live streaming offers users a unique content experience and consumption journey. For creators, it connects them with the right audience and provides the best tools and a range of monetization models. The platform, in turn, benefits from a healthy and objective revenue share, making live streaming one of TikTok's three main sources of income.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for data analysis related to international live streaming, including optimizing viewing experiences, analyzing the host ecosystem, managing guild operations, and evaluating recommendation effectiveness.
2. Design key performance indicators (KPIs) for business directions, build corresponding monitoring systems, and conduct anomaly analysis.
3. Apply statistical methods to conduct scientific evaluations, including A/B testing and causal inference.
4. Gain a deep understanding of business objectives, use data mining to generate insights, identify potential optimization areas, and provide data-driven support for business decisions. Collaborate with product managers, recommendation engineers, and developers to implement optimizations.
5. Explore and summarize analytical methodologies, research data science theories, and iterate data products to improve analysis efficiency.
